1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Service Description

CarDashCamInstallation provides on-demand, mobile installation services for customer-provided dash cams. Our service includes the professional fitting of front, rear, and hardwired dash cam systems into vehicles at a location specified by the customer within our service area.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, and vehicle information.
  • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform the installation.
  • Be present at the time of installation or have an authorized representative present.
  • Provide the dash cam and any specific accessories required for its installation.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payment for services is due upon completion of the installation. We accept various forms of payment which will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the utmost care in every installation, CarDashCamInstallation shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the installation service provided. We are not responsible for the malfunction of the dash cam unit itself, as we do not manufacture the hardware.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
